Dr. Neeraj Bansal received his BDS from Punjabi University (2000) and his MDS in Periodontics from SDM college of Dental Sciences. Dr. Bansal graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the prestigious institution UCSF School of Dentistry, San Francisco in 2013. He graduated with honours in clinical dentistry and endodontics. As a student there, he took elective courses in Implant dentistry.
Dr. Bansal has devoted his career to learning everything about and advancing, innovative dental techniques and materials. His combination of cutting-edge dental technology, along with his vast experience and his artistic eye, means that he can transform a smile painlessly. Dr. Bansal possesses a warm and friendly "chair-side" manner, and it is his innate warmth, patience and sincerity that make the difference in his care. His patients often comment that he is a "meticulous perfectionist" who offers the highest level of skill along with a friendly and optimistic personality. He will listen to your concerns and will address each of them in his treatment as he cares about patients through spending time with them and acting as a consultant or advisor for their dental health. Dr. Bansal likes music, watching movies and playing tennis. He lives in Ottawa, Ontario with his beautiful dentist wife and their son.
Dr. Saloni takes a global approach to dental health, earning her bachelor of dental surgery (BDS) from Baba Farid University, Punjab (2006). Upon finishing at the top of her class, she served as a dentist at a government hospital, Punjab before coming to Canada. She received her Canadian NDEB equivalency dental licence in 2016.

Dr. Saloni has a keen interest in all types of dentistry including esthetic and conservative dentistry. Helping people is at the heart of everything Dr. Saloni does, providing the highest level of dental care for her family of patients. Outside of her practice, she is a devoted wife, dedicated mother to her son, Armaan, and a passionate cook, yogi and vocalist.
Dr. Tanisha Goel is driven by a passion for improving patients’ lives through quality dental care, open communication, and empathy.
Dr. Tanisha earned her undergraduate degree in Honours Neuroscience with a Minor in Business at Carleton University, after which she moved to London, Ontario to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, Western University. She grew up in Kanata and is back in her hometown to be close to her friends and family.
Dr. Tanisha stays current with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to ensure the highest standard of care. With a patient-centered approach, Dr. Tanisha emphasizes open communication and personalized treatment plans, aiming to make each patient feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental journey. She is passionate about learning and believes that dentistry is an ever-evolving discipline.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Tanisha enjoys spending time with her friends and family, hiking, reading, and digital design. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with patients and contributing to their overall oral health and well-being.
Originally from Alexandria, Egypt, Dr. Michael now calls Ottawa home. He graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2014 from Pharos University and has since dedicated himself to expanding his expertise through various continuing education courses and certifications. He successfully completed his NDEB equivalency in 2023.
Dr. Michael is passionate about creating meaningful change both within the community and beyond. He brings a compassionate and thoughtful approach to patient care, always striving to make a positive impact on those he serves.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Michael is an avid reader and writer, constantly seeking new knowledge and ways to express his thoughts and ideas. He believes in living life to the fullest, inspired by the words of Paulo Coelho: “Stop thinking about life and choose to live it.
Dr. Ragini Raghuwanshi, born and raised in India, is a dedicated and passionate dentist who finds immense joy in transforming dental health and creating beautiful smiles. She began her journey into dentistry by earning a Bachelor of Dental Sciences in India, where she gained a solid foundation in dental procedures and developed a deep appreciation for the artistry involved in crafting perfect smiles.
In 2017, Dr. Ragini path led her to Canada, where she pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the prestigious University of Toronto. The university’s diverse, multicultural environment and cutting-edge research facilities enriched her understanding of modern dentistry and expanded her perspective on global dental care practices.
Dr. Ragini believes that a smile is a universal language. Her philosophy extends beyond clinical expertise, emphasizing preventive care, patient education, and personalized treatment plans. She recognizes that every smile is unique, and tailors her approach to meet the individual needs of each patient.
Glenda was born and raised in Southampton, Ontario. She graduated from Georgian College, Orillia in 1995 as a Certified Dental Assistant. In 2000, Glenda pursued further studies at Durham College, Oshawa, graduating with honors from the Level II Dental Assisting Program.
She joined Dentistry @ Arnprior in November 2011 working as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist. She is now the office manager for Dentistry@Arnprior and business operations manager of Dentistry @ Renfrew, Dentistry @ Almonte, and The Arnprior Tooth Doctor.
Glenda is well versed in all aspects of patient care, having worked on both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry.
Glenda resides near Blakeney with her husband and their teenage daughter and son. In her spare time, she enjoys being with family and friends, gardening, beekeeping, playing ball hockey, and being outdoors.

Ceallaigh (spoken as Kayla) was born in Oshawa, Ontario. Her family moved to the Metcalfe area outside of Ottawa until the age of 12, at which time she moved with her mother to Belfast, Northern Ireland. She went on to graduate from Lincoln University, England with a BSc (Hons) in forensic science. With her newly attained skills, Ceallaigh became a reporting forensic scientist with a specialization in fibers. Ceallaigh decided to move back to Canada along with her fiancee, to be closer to her brothers.
Raelyn referred to by most as "Rae," was born and raised in Renfrew, where she still resides with her husband. She has been practicing dental hygiene for nearly two decades and is passionate about everything related to the field. Rae completed her licensing at Canadore College as both a dental assistant and a hygienist. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and can often be found outdoors or going for walks with her dog "Nala".
Raised in Renfrew County area and grew up in a military family. She went to school for dental hygiene in North Bay and has been practicing since 2017. In her spare time, you can find her hanging out with her dog and cat, playing video games, and spending time outside.
Kristy was born and raised in Ottawa, and then moved to the Renfrew area as a teenager, where she has loved living ever since. She graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist from Algonquin College with honors in 2010, and has been positively impacting the field of dental care ever since. With over a decade of experience, Kristy brings extensive expertise in preventive care and patient education, along with four years of recent experience working in a public health setting. Kristy is known for her gentle approach and commitment to making each visit as comfortable and informative as possible. Kristy’s professional philosophy revolves around the belief that informed patients are empowered patients. She is passionate about educating her patients on the importance of oral health and equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed for optimal dental wellness.
A Northern Ontario native, brings a blend of professional expertise and personal warmth to our dental practice. She completed her education at Canadore College, where her leadership skills shone as she served as class representative for all three years of her post-secondary education.
Known for her kindness and empathy, Cassie is dedicated to ensuring her patients are comfortable and well-informed about their oral hygiene. She is passionate about continuous improvement and eagerly seeks out opportunities to learn from courses, coworkers, and even her patients.
In addition to her professional skills, Cassie has a unique talent—she can name and identify over 11 varieties of apples, thanks to her lifelong involvement in her parents' garden center, where she has worked since she was 12 years old.
Outside of work, Cassie enjoys spending time with her two-year-old Sheepadoodle puppy, reading, knitting, baking, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
Born and raised in Renfrew, Ontario where she resides with her husband and five children. She graduated from Algonquin College in 2007 with a certificate in Business Administration and Willis College in 2023 in Dental Assisting (Level 2). She brings 7+ collective years of experience in dentistry.

I was born and brought up in Junagadh, Gujarat, India. She came to Canada in November of 2019 and now resides in Ottawa with her husband. Hasti graduated from Bhavnagar University with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. After coming to Canada, she completed her HARP certification course in 2021. Happy to be able to work in dentistry in Canada, it wasn’t too long for her to use her new certification as a dental assistant.
Her passion for dentistry aside, Hasti loves to travel, play badminton, snooker and Carrom (board game). She also embraces her artsy-side, as a painter and lover of fine art.

Originally born and raised in White Lake where she still resides with her husband and two beautiful daughters. Allison became an IPAC-certified sterilization technician in September 2020 and joined our team shortly after. Since then, she has become a full-time dental assistant and travels around from office to office assisting Dr. Bansal.
In her spare time, she in an avid outdoor enthusiast getting her fresh air by either hiking, 4-wheeling, or spending time at her hunt camp.

Brandon is an Ottawa Valley native born and raised in Arnprior. He graduated from St. Lawrence College with an advanced diploma in Advertising and Marketing Communications Management. Brandon believes in employing a balanced marketing mix that uses both traditional and digital forms of media. Outside of the office Brandon can be found fishing, golfing, travelling somewhere warm and coaching youth tackle football.

In his free time, Jaskaran enjoys staying active at the gym and cherishing moments with family and friends, drawing inspiration from those around him.
Tina joins our admin team at Dentistry@Renfrew and Dentistry@Arnprior as a former dental hygienist with 20 years experience in making smiles brighter. She graduated from the College de l’Outaouais in 2000 for dental hygiene and is one of our versatile bilingual (Francais) staff members. She is a devoted vibrant mom of two young boys. When she is not behind the desk helping patients, she is likely on a hiking trail feeding her passion for outdoor activities.

Darian, who joins our administrative team, hails from the serene town of Barry's Bay and transitioned to Ottawa for her advanced diploma in biotechnology. Her notable contributions include pivotal research on a device for traumatic brain injury detection. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys camping, baseball, and outdoor activities. Darian's journey is a reflection of a dedication to innovation and care, one that is strongly shared by our organization.
Rhonda, originally from Shawville, Quebec, and raised in Chelmsford, Ontario, moved to Renfrew in 1986 to be closer to her parents. She now resides in Greater Madawaska with her husband, Kevin, and their four dogs. With a diverse background, Rhonda graduated from Algonquin College with a Personal Support Worker (PSW) diploma and later pursued studies in Office Administration and Medical Terminology.
Rhonda is passionate about helping people and enjoys brightening others' days with a smile and a kind word. As a new member of the Dentistry@Renfrew team, her goal is to make a positive impact on patients’ lives by providing exceptional care and support. Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys fishing, crafting, and spending time with her family. Guided by her favorite quote from Marilyn Monroe, "Keep smiling, because life is a beautiful thing and there's so much to smile about," Rhonda brings warmth, compassion, and a positive energy to everything she does.
